Holiday Giveaway Official Rules
Five Mile Mahj "12 Days of Mahjmas / 8 Nights of Mahj" Giveaway

Instagram release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from all liability related to the giveaway. Questions go to Sponsor, not Instagram.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account. Sponsor's owners, employees, contractors, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
Entry period. Starts October 27, 2026 at 12:00pm ET and ends November 20, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
How to enter (one base entry). Follow @fivemilemahj on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and comment on it tagging one friend. Limit one base entry per person, regardless of the number of comments.
Bonus entry (one per person). Each entrant may earn one bonus entry by either method below. Both methods carry equal weight, and no one may receive more than one bonus entry.
Purchase: Place an order for a 12 Days of Mahjmas or 8 Nights of Mahj gift box at fivemilemahj.com during the entry period using the same name or email you can confirm on your Instagram account.
Free method: Email lorin@fivemilemahj.com during the entry period with the subject "Mahjmas Entry" and include your name and Instagram handle.
A bonus entry counts only if the entrant also has a valid base entry. Maximum two entries per person.
Prize. One winner will choose either (a) 12 Days of Mahjmas: 12 surprise gifts to be opened over the 12 days of Christmas, or (b) 8 Nights of Mahj: 8 surprise gifts to be opened on the 8 nights of Hanukkah. Approximate retail value: $175.00-249.00. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. Prize ships to a U.S. address only. Winner is responsible for any taxes.
Winner selection. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [Nov 23, 2026]. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification. The winner will be notified by direct message from @fivemilemahj only and must reply within 72 hours with a name and shipping address, or an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor will never ask for payment or account passwords; beware of impersonator accounts.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may share their Instagram handle and first name as the giveaway winner without further compensation.
General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the giveaway, uses multiple or fake accounts, or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or delivery delays. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned.
Limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Privacy. Personal information collected is used only to run this giveaway and fulfill the prize, and will not be sold. Purchasers' information is also governed by Sponsor's standard store policies.
